Our downspouts and gutters were installed by Collin’s company and we were very happy with the job they did. Ok, so I have to start from scratch. I had 4 paragraphs written about this small business, and then I got distracted and accidentally deleted it all...Super frustrated.My wife and I are extremely impressed with the quality of work that this small local company did on our duplex!Colin and his brother are the most polite and easy to talk to people you would ever want to do business with.I can't stand sales people.These guys are not salesmen!These guys know what they're doing.I had questions and concerns about a few things, and they explained everything and said that if there were any issues that they would address them.Within less than two weeks, a big rain storm came through Appleton that flooded several of our neighbors' basements. I know the gutters don't have much to do with basements flooding, but during the rain, we had ZERO water dumping over our gutters...It was beautiful!Fast forward to today, the last stormy day we had a couple of days ago knocked over a makeshift gate on the side of the house crushing one of the downspouts. This was no fault of WSG. I called Colin and explained the situation and asked him how much it would cost to replace the part. He told me that he could come over and replace it for no charge. This was the same day, and that's exactly what he did...And this is a Friday on a holiday weekend. I can't say that he would always be able to do that, but in my opinion, that's amazing!I did slip him a $20 bill which he tried to refuse, but I insisted he take it...Well deserved!Great business!

Once your gutters are prepared, it’s time to add the downspouts and outlets before we securely attach the gutters to your home.

Using the measurements we took ahead of time, we will cut a hole in the gutters and add the outlets that will later have the downspouts attached to them. We will also ensure they have the correct slope.

The downspouts are then secured to your home using brackets, to stay in place
